This magnificent villa reigns supreme on the most iconic promenade in Capri, the famous Via Tragara. Built and designed in 1920 on commission by the painter Goffredo Paolucci Sinibaldi, this imposing historic residence is completely different from any other residence in the Capri landscape. The grandeur and majesty of the villa are evident in the four neoclassical columns and the triangular pediment shaped like a temple. The double stairway entrance leads to the large loggia below the columns, which offers two outdoor terraces with an extraordinary view of Marina Piccola. The interior of the villa is just as impressive as the exterior. The large entrance portal introduces us to a prestigious hall with majestic internal heights and large windows facing the outside. An equally impressive hallway separates the two suites, divided over two levels, with a sleeping area and a sitting room. Each suite has a double en-suite bathroom. A spacious kitchen and a third bedroom with a bathroom with independent entrance from the outside complete the first floor. The second floor is a penthouse consisting of a large double living room, 4 bedrooms, and a kitchen. The large representation and the master suite overlook one of the most significant terraces on the island which gives each room great brightness and an incomparable panorama that totally dominates the most glamorous island in the world! This is an unparalleled opportunity to acquire a piece of Capri's history and live in one of its most iconic and exclusive properties.
