A commencement notice was granted in September 2022, after which extensive work began to remove older materials and secure the structural integrity of the building. Today, the house benefits from newly constructed floor joists, a new frontispiece, a renovated roof, and updated insulation, and is now ready for its next phase. The current building permit allows for the property to be expanded to approximately 340 sqm.
