Dennis Carvajal Quoted as Expert Luxury Real Estate Source in DuJour Magazine

I was recently interviewed by DuJour Magazine for a lifestyle about Miami real estate. The magazine reports on what I’ve been telling clients for some time – that our city’s real estate market has come to resemble Manhattan’s with foreign buyers flooding Miami’s shores to park their cash in luxury homes. It’s a fantastic story of resurgence after the financial crisis in 2008. The boom is fueled by the fact that Miami is relatively cheap compared to other major international cities like London, Park, Shanghai, and New York. I posited that “It’s one of the few cities in the country, and even the world, that really benefits from a global economy.” That is added to by the fact that there is not state or city income tax – which draws domestic buyers as well.
